The requirements
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 2 years+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
