We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to oversee our growing Aged Care Services portfolio and help shape the future of aged care across regional communities. The Opportunity Ahead

The aged care sector is experiencing unprecedented change, with reforms reshaping how services are designed, funded and delivered. As Senior Manager Aged Care Services, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain responsive, compliant and centred on the needs of older people while positioning Intereach for future growth and sustainability.

In this role you will:

- Lead a large and diverse aged care portfolio across regional and rural communities.
- Guide service delivery through ongoing aged care reforms and industry change.
- Drive operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen partnerships with consumers, stakeholders, government and community organisations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services while maintaining high standards of care.

What we need is a leader who can bring that strategy to life through strong operational leadership, informed decision-making and a deep commitment to quality aged care.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of Regional and Operational Managers and Clinical Leads, you will be responsible for the performance, quality, financial sustainability and strategic development of the Aged Care Services portfolio. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in alignment with Intereach's Strategic Plan.

As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you will contribute to organisation-wide planning and decision-making while championing a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

- Significant senior leadership experience within aged care, health, community services or another highly regulated setting.
- Demonstrated success leading large teams and complex service portfolios.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budget management and performance oversight.
- Experience leading organisations or programs through reform, growth and change.
- Strong understanding of contemporary aged care service delivery and sector reforms.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and engage effectively with stakeholders, funders and regulators.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation and leadership skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services or a related discipline, or equivalent leadership experience.
