Cater Minds is excited to announce that we have secured a major new contract within the education sector, creating exciting opportunities for experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individuals to join our Front of House team in Moss Vale.

Positions Available:

Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage staffing requirements, including rostering, recruitment, training and team development.
- Monitor labour costs, stock levels, budgets and overall site profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to service standards and processes.
- Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Site Supervisor

As Site Supervisor, you will support the Site Manager in coordinating daily Front of House operations, supervising team members and maintaining excellent customer service standards.





Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support and guide team members, ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding and day-to-day team coordination.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards across service areas.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the Site Manager in implementing operational procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a current contract from the very beginning and contribute to delivering high-quality food and hospitality services within the education sector.

Commencement: 4 January 2027 - Induction and Training
