About the role

As a Receptionist at Cowboys Leagues Club, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guests, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

- Meeting and greeting members and guests

- Signing in guests and lawfully encouraging membership

- Ensuring the clubs dress standards are adhered to

- Answering the Club's phone

- Processing membership and renewals

- Dining and Function bookings

- Membership and Club enquiries





- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About you

- An excellent work ethic

- Initiative and motivation

- Excellent customer service skills

- Confidence to effectively manage a diverse range of customers

- Computer skills

- Understanding and confidence to enforce Liquor Licensing Laws of Queensland

- Excellent teamwork and time management skills

- Ability to work without supervision

- Ability to work, day, nights, and weekends

- Hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain one

- Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one (Mandatory requirement)
