About the Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers who hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), or are currently working towards this qualification, to join our Residential Aged Care team at Bribie.

Whether you are already experienced in aged care or currently completing your studies, this is a great opportunity to put your skills into practice while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel comfortable, supported and valued every day.

Working alongside our nursing and care teams, you will:

- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility and meals.
- Build positive relationships with residents and support their emotional and social wellbeing.
- Encourage independence while respecting each resident's individual needs and preferences.
- Help create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Recognise and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to nursing staff.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with older people and brings a positive, team-focused attitude to their work.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification), or be currently enrolled and working towards completion.
- Have a caring, patient and respectful approach to supporting residents.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.




- Hold a current Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).
- Have valid Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
