About the Opportunity
An opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Leader to join an established residential aged care community on the NSW South Coast.
This is an intimate care setting with a supportive Facility Manager and onsite clinical team. The service is running well, with an established team and no significant clinical concerns, making this an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening clinical capability and maintaining high standards of care.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide visible clinical leadership, mentor the care team and oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and support to the care team.
- Mentor, coach and develop clinical staff, building confidence and capability.
- Oversee care planning, clinical assessments and changes in resident condition.
- Maintain compliance with the New Aged Care Standards.
- Lead continuous improvement,
audit readiness and clinical governance.
- Build positive relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health professionals.
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach and support clinical teams.
