We're a hybrid space in Kingston: a specialty wine shop, a wine bar with an ever-changing eclectic wine list, and a seasonal restaurant menu built around the best ingredients at their peak. We’re passionate about honest flavours, fresh and flavourful ingredients, and creating a menu that brings joy to every table.
Situated in the heart of old Kingston on Kennedy Street, with a gorgeous fully renovated space and new kitchen to step into, we are seeking talented, creative industry-driven individuals to be part of Tintino!
Who we are looking for
We’re on the hunt for casual Chef de Parties who are ready to put their stamp on Tintino. We need someone who’s cooperative, creative, confident, and excited to build a dining experience that complements our laid-back charm and growing reputation. Applicants must be available to work on weekends and nights. We run seven days a week for dinner service, and lunch times Thursday-Sunday, on a rotating roster,
and we will have plenty of hours available for successful applicants.
Chef de Partie (CDP)
Award rate based on experience and qualifications.
You and The Role:
- Assist the team in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to menu development and food preparation with creativity and precision.
- Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail and initiative.
Please take note, the kitchen operates 7 days: Monday to Thursday dinner, Friday to Saturday lunch and dinner, with the addition of a Sunday afternoon/evening service. All roles must be available to work evenings and weekends.
