You will manage project procurement, production, planning, delivery and installation, client handover, working alongside our team of dedicated operations and design specialists in our Fitzroy studio.

THE POSITION
This highly collaborative, hands-on, client- and supplier-facing role requires a solid background in FF&E; or commercial furniture procurement and project delivery, ideally with experience in hotel, PBSA, Build-to-Rent or accommodation sectors.





You will confidently manage relationships with clients, builders, suppliers and installation partners throughout all stages of procurement and delivery. Projects may include sales suites and displays, common area projects, styling-heavy projects and installations up to 100 rooms, with the opportunity to assist on larger commercial and F&B; spaces.

Responsibilities include:

- Procurement and purchase orders, aligned to approved budgets and our PO procedures

- Supplier coordination, including production updates, QC and shipping timelines

- Delivery and installation planning, pre-start site visits and on-site sign-off

- Client communications and handovers, including documentation and after-sales support

- Supporting the warehouse team with inventory, stock controls and stock takes

- Managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects

- Reporting findings and suggesting improvements, with a focus on client satisfaction while maintaining budgets

- Working closely with design, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams, and providing cover across the operations team as required

THE CRITERIA
The ideal candidate will have:

- 4+ years’ experience in, procurement logistics and/or project management

- Strong knowledge of international and local furniture brands, manufacturers and supply chains

- Proven logistics experience, including coordinating production, QC, deliveries and installation

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Comfortable working on site and attending pre-start visits, deliveries and handovers

- Proven procurement experience, including raising and managing purchase orders and supplier relationships

- Experience with WorkGuru or similar ERP systems (advantageous)

- Experience in FF&E; or commercial furniture (advantageous)

- LF Forklift license (advantageous)
