ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Be part of something new! As Part-Time Store Manager at Elka Collective Malvern David Jones, one of our newest locations, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team and help shape the future of this boutique from the ground up. You’ll deliver a premium shopping experience that reflects our modern, minimalist aesthetic, build a loyal local client base, and drive store performance, all in a part-time role that offers real leadership and impact.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a love for contemporary fashion who’s excited to establish a new store and make it their own.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Leading and motivating a small, high-performing boutique team.
- Helping establish our newest location and building its presence within Malvern David Jones.
- Building lasting relationships with Malvern clients and growing a loyal customer base.
- Delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the Elka Collective experience.
- Driving sales and meeting key performance targets.
- Managing daily store operations, including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Making sure the boutique reflects Elka Collective’s brand standards and aesthetic.
- Supporting team development through coaching and training.




- Working with David Jones and Elka Collective teams to maximise sales opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience managing a boutique or concession store, ideally within fashion retail.
- Excited by the opportunity to launch and grow a recent store.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Commercially minded and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a good eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Able to commit to an agreed part-time roster, with some flexibility during peak trading periods.
- A real appreciation for Elka Collective’s minimalist and contemporary style.
