About the role

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will oversee Reception, Concierge and Night Audit, ensuring efficient daily operations, strong team leadership, financial accountability and exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to lead a team in a busy hotel workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, manage and develop the Front Office, Concierge and Night Audit teams.

- Oversee daily operations and maintain high guest service standards.

- Manage OPERA Cloud PMS, ensuring accurate reservations, room allocations, billing and reporting.

- Manage room rates, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue optimisation.

- Oversee Levart Channel Manager, online travel agencies and distribution channels.

- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and ensure outstanding accounts are followed up.

- Reconcile OTA commissions, investigate discrepancies and follow up outstanding credits.

- Manage departmental rosters, manpower forecasts and labour costs within approved budgets.

- Monitor financial controls, cashiering, guest accounts and departmental expenditure.

- Prepare operational and revenue reports and work closely with all hotel departments.

About you





- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar senior hotel management role.

- Advanced working knowledge and practical experience with OPERA Cloud – essential.

- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management and online distribution channels.

- Experience with accounts receivable, OTA commission reconciliation and financial controls.

- Proven staff leadership, rostering and budget management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- A hands-on approach with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
