Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing enquiries.
- Handling bookings, phone calls and payments.
- Coordinating staff and daily venue operations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception area.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the venue during your shift.
