We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver with strong racking experience to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate must be confident operating a forklift, moving pallets, and safely placing and retrieving stock from warehouse racking systems.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
- Move, stack, and relocate pallets within warehouse racking systems.
- Place and retrieve stock from high-level racking.
- Perform pallet replenishment and stock put-away duties.
- Conduct visual checks of racking and report any damage.
- Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.
- Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.
About you
- Valid Australian forklift licence (LF).
- Proven forklift operating experience.
- Previous experience working with warehouse racking systems is essential.
- Experience with high-reach forklift operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to perform manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
