You’ll build, repair and refresh cabinetry across our motorhomes, RVs and campervans, combining hands-on trade skills with practical problem-solving. From restoring damaged interiors to crafting replacement components, you’ll see the difference your work makes—getting vehicles secure, looking their best and ready for the next holiday.

Put your skills to work

- Solve the problem from the start: diagnose faults, plan the repair and identify the materials, parts and time needed.

- Bring interiors back to their best—build, repair, strengthen, replace and install cabinets, doors, drawers, benchtops, beds and walls.

- Tackle repairs that call for trade know-how, from water damage and swelling to cracks, loose components and peeling surfaces.

- Turn drawings, templates and measurements into accurately cut, edged, assembled and fitted components that match the existing finish.

- Put CNC, CAD/CAM and workshop tools to work, delivering cabinetry that fits precisely and stays secure on the road.

- Team up with technicians, parts and service teams to keep jobs moving and share the trade knowledge behind a great result.

maintain accurate job records and photos, care for your tools and keep the workshop safe and tidy.

Bring your trade skills and pride in the finish

- A Cert III in Cabinet Making (or an equal trade qualification).

- At least 2 years’ experience as a qualified cabinet maker.

- A full Australian driver licence.

- Experience with timber, MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, lightweight panels and edge banding.

- CNC set-up and programming skills, plus confidence using workshop machines and tools.

- Good knowledge of joinery, glues, fixings and hardware, and how movement, moisture and heat affect vehicle interiors.

- A safety-first attitude, a good eye for detail and pride in quality work.

Extra skills that stand out

Worked on RV, caravan, boat or vehicle interiors? We’d love to hear about it. Experience in warranty, insurance or refurbishment repairs, colour matching and touch-ups is a plus, as are upholstery, fibreglass, sealant or light fabrication skills. A forklift licence, White Card, or knowledge of RV construction, Australian Standards or workshop job systems will also help you stand out.
