We're looking for friendly, reliable casual team members to join us at BIG4 Traralgon Park Lane for the busy summer season, with work available from now until the end of January.

Whether you're looking for your first job, travelling through and wanting a few months of work, or keen to earn some extra money over summer, we'd love to hear from you!

- Casual rates as per the hospitality award, depending on your role.

About Us

BIG4 Traralgon Park Lane Holiday Park is part of the family-owned Park Lane Group, proudly operating since 1992. We create places where families can relax, reconnect and make excellent memories, and our team plays a big part in making that happen.

Available Roles

Guest Experience – Front Office
Be the friendly face that welcomes our guests, helps make their stay enjoyable, from check-in to check-out.

Housekeeping
Help keep our accommodation and common areas clean, fresh and welcoming, so every guest can relax and enjoy their stay.

Leisure Attendant
Help create fun, memorable experiences for our guests by running activities, keeping everyone safe and making sure there's always something to enjoy.

Grounds & Maintenance




Help keep our park looking its best by maintaining gardens, looking after facilities and making sure everything is safe, tidy and ready for our guests to enjoy.

What You Need to Know

Availability to work weekends and public holidays throughout December and January is essential. You'll also need a current Working With Children Check or be willing to obtain one.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for people with a positive attitude who are reliable, motivated and happy to pitch in as part of a team. Experience isn't essential, a willingness to learn and give things a go is what matters!
