About the Role
We are seeking several Learning Enhancement Assistants to commence in Term 1, 2027 on fixed-term appointments for the 2027 school year, with flexibility to work three to five days per week. There may be an opportunity to extend these appointments for a further year, depending on the School’s operational needs.
The position is responsible for providing individual and small-group support to students, helping to enhance their learning and engagement. You will bring a genuine passion for learning support and, above all, a willingness to engage, connect and care for our students. Experience supporting students with autism is desirable

The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- A commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs and promoting their independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and teaching staff.
- A collaborative approach to implementing learning support strategies and inclusive classroom practices.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to maintain accurate, confidential student records.
- A commitment to child safety and student wellbeing.
- Relevant education support qualifications or training would be an advantage.
