About the Role

Do you enjoy meeting new people and providing great customer service? We are looking for a warm, friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Minyama clinic.

This part-time role offers approximately 35 hours per fortnight, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility and work-life balance. You will need to be available to work Mondays, Thursdays, alternate Fridays and some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.

- Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.

- Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.

- Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.

- Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.

What We’re Looking For:





- 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).

- Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.

- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.

- Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
