An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Operations Officer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments in line with relevant legislation and Enterprise Agreements
- Investigate and resolve complex payroll enquiries, discrepancies, adjustments and overpayments
- Complete payroll reconciliations, statutory reporting and maintain accurate employee records
- Provide responsive payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders, including escalated enquiries
- Contribute to payroll process improvements, system enhancements and ongoing projects
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll within a large or complex organisation
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with payroll projects, process improvements or automated payroll systems will be highly regarded
