What you need
Property management experience in residential real estate or build-to-rent, as a property manager, senior property manager, assistant property manager or leasing consultant
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria)
Working knowledge of PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud or similar property management software
Police check issued within the last 6 months
Two contactable references
