Jesse Ant Architects' is seeking an experienced Architectural Sale Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position based in our Richmond, Victoria office. As our Architectural Sale Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative architectural designs and securing new business opportunities with clients in the construction industry.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key clients in the construction industry
Presenting our architectural services and showcasing our portfolio of award-winning designs
Identifying new business prospects and generating sales leads through networking and market research
Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations
Collaborating closely with our architectural team to understand project requirements and design solutions
Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner
Tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of successfully securing new business and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to effectively liaise with clients
Strong technical understanding of architectural design and construction processes
Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach
Degree in architecture, construction management or a related field is highly desirable
