obii, in partnership with ausbiz, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Sydney-based team.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience who brings fresh ideas, a refined eye for design and a desire to create work that reaches a wide audience.

This is a varied role with plenty of creative scope. You’ll work across a broad mix of projects, from social and digital content to websites, campaigns, reports and entirely new concepts.

What you’ll be doing
Creating engaging social and digital content that stands out in a crowded feed
Visually communicating news, financial markets and data in a transparent and compelling way
Designing for websites, marketing campaigns and new product launches
Developing and maintaining consistent brand standards across all channels
Producing video, motion graphics and content in emerging formats




Pitching creative ideas and exploring recent approaches we haven’t tried before
Collaborating with editorial, marketing and product teams to bring projects from brief to delivery

What we’re looking for
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, whether in an agency, media, finance or in-house creative team
A solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and excellent visual judgement
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Experience designing for digital and social platforms
A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas
Full working rights in Australia
