Business Development Manager | 3PL Logistics

Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain company with an extensive network spanning Australia and key international markets. With a comprehensive suite of services including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, 3PL warehousing, and supply chain management, they are a trusted partner to some of Australia's most recognised brands.

This chance is well suited to a senior, autonomous sales professional based in Sydney. The role is responsible for driving new business growth across a full logistics offering on a national scale. You'll be hunting new prospects independently, building a pipeline from the ground up and positioning our client as the supply chain partner of choice across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities nationally across freight forwarding, 3PL, customs brokerage, and supply chain services.
Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan with the autonomy to own your market and approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.




Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing, and solutions aligned to client supply chain needs.
Collaborate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For
Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B business development within freight, logistics, or supply chain.
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to sell complex, consultative solutions to C-suite and senior procurement stakeholders.
A true self-starter who thrives working independently and takes full ownership of their results.
An established national network within the logistics or supply chain space is highly regarded.
