Australian Glass Group (AGG) is a leading Australian glass processing manufacturer with operations across Victoria, Recent South Wales and Tasmania.

Due to continued growth, our Rokeby manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of CNC machinery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to specification.

Your responsibilities will include:
Operating, setting and monitoring CNC machinery
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications
Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
Following all safety policies and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings




High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Valuable communication skills
Ability to meet pre-employment medical requirements, including Drug & Alcohol screening

Highly Regarded

The following experience will be viewed favourably:
Waterjet operating experience is an advantage but is not essential; training will be provided.
AutoCAD experience
CNC programming experience
Experience within the glass processing, aluminium, metal fabrication, stone, cabinetry or similar manufacturing industries
Forklift licence
