Ludeman Real Estate Pty Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Warrnambool, VIC.

This is a full time position based in our office.

What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and tenant communication
Advertising vacant properties and processing tenant applications with thorough screening and reference checks
Preparing and executing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Collecting rent and managing arrears, including following up on overdue payments and taking appropriate action when necessary
Responding promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries, resolving disputes and managing complaints professionally
Ensuring all properties comply with health and safety standards, including pool, fire, gas and electrical safety requirements

What we're looking for




Excellent organisational skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Current (or willing to obtain) real estate agent's licence or property management qualification
A valid current driver's licence
