About the Company

Our client is a privately owned residential construction company specialising in residenital communities across Queensland and NSW. The business has built a solid reputation for delivering quality homes, fostering long-term client relationships and providing a collaborative team workplace.

Currently an prospect exists for a Building Supervisor / Site Manager to join them on a key project based in Forster. Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the smooth delivery of the project
Coordinating and managing trades, subcontractors, suppliers and materials
Managing construction programs, schedules and project milestones
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality control and WHS compliance
Ensuring construction timelines, budgets and project expectations are consistently met




Proactively identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on track

Skills and Experience

We're looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following
Minimum 3 years experience Supervising or Site Management in volume residential construction
Site Management experience on a multiresidential project highly regarded
Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
Safety and quality focused!
