Maxwell Recruitment & Training are seeking a permanent workshop leading hand to join a facility in the Mayfield area. This is a excellent chance to work within a well established workshop.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for looking after a small crew of fabricators and installers, completing various tasks on the tools, assisting with quoting, estimating, ordering parts, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
MIG welding, steel welding, and aluminium welding.
Fabrication.
Working on balustrating, fencing, and gates.
Delegating jobs.
Liaising with clients.
Quality assurance.

Whats on Offer:
Permanent position.
Day shift.
$50-$60/hr commensurate on skill and experience

What We're Looking For:
Trade Qualified Boilermakers
Experience as a leading hand or supervisor.
MIG, Steel, and Aluminium welding experience.
Robust commitment to workplace safety.
Strong communication skills.
