Our client is a multi-disciplinary law firm with offices in Recent South Wales and Victoria. Its practice covers property and commercial, business advisory, banking and finance, taxation, litigation and private client work, acting largely for business clients.

The role suits an experienced commercial allrounder:
Commercial contracts and general business advice
Business sales and purchases
Structuring and advisory work for SME and private business clients
Working within an experienced team led by a practice group leader
Requirements- Around 10 years PQE, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level
Broad commercial and corporate advisory experience (contracts, business sales and purchases, structuring)
Experience acting for SME and private business clients
Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships
Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
