As a Barista and all rounder you will be reporting directly to the store Manager at our Fountain Gate store. Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand offering specialty award winning roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes, fabulous pastries and handmade sandwiches.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and serving various specialty coffee and hot drinks
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
Serving customers and using the POS
Engaging with your team and customers
Opening and closing of the store
About you
Previous experience in café (2 years as a Barista)
Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
Ability to think on your feet, multitask and work under pressure
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
Available for a rotating roster which will include weekends
