Meals provided when staying on site
Rental accommodation provided when staying in Karratha, with LAHA to cover meals
Ongoing position - temp to perm

Scope of Work:
Processing large and heavy scrap steel items within a mine site workplace
Oxy-cutting machine tracks, dump truck trays and other large steel components
Setting up and operating large oxy-cutting equipment, including torches, lances and gas banks
Working predominantly outdoors in open, dusty environments, often without cover

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Scrap Metal Oxy Cutter
Ability to independently set up oxy-cutting equipment and gas banks




Experience cutting large and heavy scrap steel items using heavy-duty oxy torches and lances
Current driver's licence
National police clearance required
Must be currently based in Western Australia
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
Unrestricted Australian working rights
