This is a part time bookkeeping role that over time will expand into some telehealth coordination. You will work with the accounting team to manage financial records, and once familiar with the books, you will learn to coordinate telehealth Dermatology consultations across Australia. Its an interesting and diverse role requiring concise clear thinking.
Key responsibilities
Day to day bookkeeping: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support and BAS preparation
Keep financial records tidy enough that the accountant smiles
Learn and then help with all tasks of telehealth coordination: booking patients, managing files and communication, liaising with Doctors
General administration tasks that make the whole thing run
About you
Bookkeeping experience, ideally with Xero (or a willingness to learn it quickly)
Attention to detail is a must
Valuable communication skills, because you will speak with team members, business contacts, patients and Doctors, not just spreadsheets
Discretion, as you will handle confidential financial and health information
Curiosity,
because the telehealth side will be new
Reliable internet, a quiet space for patient calls, and your own laptop (or we can sort that out, just ask)
A National Police Check will be required
Mondays and Tuesday availability is required at a minimum
