The role:

With the Filters Plus business expanding we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service orientated person to join our Warehouse team. The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. The ability to work in a skilled manner and fit in with our core values of integrity, respect and accountability is a must. The successful applicant will have a willingness to learn, a “can do” attitude and be flexible with the changing needs of the company.

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Receiving stock using scanners
Invoicing using our computer system
Processing of EFTPOS payments
Organising freight to be collected
Picking and packing of customer orders
Managing credit returns
Bin management/stock locating using our computer system




Unloading and putting away stock, using a forklift and elevated work platform (occasionally)
General warehouse housekeeping eg: stock facing and tidying up

Essential skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience using computerised stock management and information systems
Ability to use a computer and office software in a business workplace
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to communicate with a range of customers in person and via phone and email
Minimum 1 year proven experience in a similar role.
Current and valid C class WA driver’s licence.

Desirable:
Mechanically minded
Current forklift licence
