Start your career in appliance spare parts with Electrical Supplies Australia, working alongside our Always Prompt Repairs team in Underwood.
You’ll assist our Spare Parts Manager with picking, packing and dispatching online orders, receiving deliveries, updating website product listings and preparing supplier orders.
This full time role combines practical warehouse work, computer tasks and customer service. No previous spare parts experience is required—we’ll provide training. Reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter most.
Key responsibilities
Receiving deliveries, checking stock and putting parts away.
Picking, packing and dispatching spare parts orders.
Helping organise shelves and maintain accurate stock records.
Entering orders and updating information in our systems.
Assisting with customer enquiries by phone, email and at the counter.
Learning how to identify appliance parts and check model numbers.
Helping our technicians get the parts they need.
Assisting with online product listings and general department tasks.
About you
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability, punctuality and a practical approach to work.
Valuable attention to detail, especially when checking part numbers and orders.
Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
A friendly manner and clear communication.
Someone happy to help with both desk-based and hands-on tasks.
Previous experience in retail, customer service or a warehouse would be helpful, but isn't essential.
