What You'll Do?
Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery phases
Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
Oversee projects, budgets and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Ensure high-quality architectural outcomes across all project stages
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice and project portfolio

Ideal Requirements
5+ years of post-graduate architectural experience
Registration as an Architect (or immediate eligibility)
Demonstrated project leadership capability




Strong Revit and documentation skills
Experience working within an Australian architectural practice
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Healthcare or medical project experience

Highly Regarded
Experience delivering complex institutional or public projects
Construction phase involvement
Strong consultant coordination capability
Local Perth market experience
