Are you passionate about helping young people take the next step in their careers while building strong connections across your local community?

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our Youth Employment team in Mount Barker. This rewarding role combines mentoring and career guidance with business engagement, allowing you to create meaningful connections between local employers and young people aged 15–24 looking to enter the workforce.

Working at the heart of the Adelaide Hills community, you'll help strengthen local employment opportunities, build valuable partnerships with businesses, and contribute to a thriving local community by supporting the next generation of workers.

Your Role Will Include:
Mentoring and motivating Youth Participants
Assisting with career planning and pathway development
Managing a caseload of young people and helping them achieve their goals
Organising relevant training programs and short courses
Connecting with employers to identify and fill vacancies
Sourcing unique employment and education opportunities
Providing job search guidance and advocacy
