We are seeking Experienced Riggers Supervisor to support the construction of a High Bay Racking System and perform general labouring duties on one of our major projects in Truganina, Victoria.

Training will be provided in all industry‑related safety procedures and product‑specific installation methods. Applicants must supply their own hard hat and steel‑capped boots.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your duties will include:
Reading and interpreting plans
Working effectively in a team under direction of the Site Supervisor
Maintaining a proactive safety mindset
Supervise Rigging Crews
Meeting project deadlines and complying with site requirements
Performing physically demanding tasks
Assisting with building and installing racking systems
Using hand and power tools with advanced competency

Required Qualifications & Experience

To be considered,



applicants must have:
Minimum 5 years’ rigging/dogman experience
Minimum 3 years Supervising experience
Experience working up to 35 metres in scissor lifts or boom lifts
C‑Class Driver’s Licence
Construction White/Blue Card
HRWL – Rigger Basic (RB) or higher
HRWL – EWP (Scissor Lift and/or Boom Lift)
Work Safely at Heights Certificate

Pay & Hours
$120k to $140k P.A (based on experience & qualifications)
36 Hours per week with overtime available up to 56 hours per week
RDOs : 1 day per fortnight
