About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:
Prepare and assemble fresh sandwiches, wraps, panini and other food items according to recipes and presentations standards;
Wash, cut, slice and prepare fresh ingredients, including vegetables, meats, cheese and filings;
Ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently during busy service periods
Maintain appropriate stock levels and replenish ingredients throughout the day;
Perform other reasonable kitchen duties as directed by Management
Complete kitchen tasks efficiently and consistently.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Work both independently and as part of a robust team.
Manage time well and perform under pressure.
