Landmark Community Services is seeking an independent subcontractor to support an energetic, goal-oriented woman who loves getting out and about. You'll support her with self-care, shopping and community activities including her weekly trivia outing, all while helping her build independence and work towards the goals that matter to her.
Key responsibilities
Monday: 10am–1pm supporting self-care and community access
Tuesday: 10am–1pm, supporting shopping
Wednesday: 6pm–11pm, supporting community access and trivia
About you
Personal experience as a carer or at least two years' experience working in NDIS support
High English proficiency, with solid communication and comprehension skills
Availability for all three weekly shifts
Capacity to work as an independent subcontractor
Reliable, proactive and personable, with the energy to support an active participant and the patience to follow her lead
