The Opportunity
Labourers - assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general duties.
Pipelayers (stormwater and conduit) - installing and maintaining pipelines with accuracy and safety, plumbing experience.
Operators - operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, skidsteer, rollers and trucks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks across different roles as required by project needs.
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements :
Previous experience in civil construction or related fields preferred.
White Card (Construction Induction) essential.
Relevant tickets/licenses for operators and pipelayers highly regarded.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
