Role Description This is a full time, on-site Restaurant Server role based in Sydney, NSW. Mandarin Speaker Only. The Restaurant Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and taking accurate orders. Daily tasks include serving food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling payments in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas,



and following food safety and hygiene standards. The Restaurant Server is expected to provide friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service throughout each shift.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of menu items and basic dining procedures.
Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members.
Basic Food Preparation knowledge and awareness of food safety and hygiene practices.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is highly beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays safely, and work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
