Chutney Mary’s in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, maintain food quality and presentation, and help coordinate busy kitchen operations.
You should have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality Management, at least one year in a commercial kitchen, and a proven ability to lead staff, plan menus, and ensure food safety.
