Role Description As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process in a qualified and customer-centric manner. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging showroom visitors, conducting needs assessments, presenting and demonstrating vehicles, and explaining features, benefits, and pricing. You will prepare quotations, handle test drives, support finance and insurance discussions, and follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems,



collaborating with service and finance teams, and supporting promotional events and campaigns. This is a full time, on-site role based at Genesis Castle Hill & Volvo Cars Castle Hill in Sydney, NSW.

Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention abilities.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
Demonstrated experience or robust interest in Automotive Sales, including understanding of vehicle features and pricing.
Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and handle objections professionally.
Comfort using dealership CRM systems, digital tools, and basic MS Office applications.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Previous experience in retail, automotive, or customer-facing sales environments is highly regarded.
Availability to work dealership trading hours, including weekends and peak sales periods.
