We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are willing and confident to work both In-Charge (INC) and Non-In-Charge night shifts across multiple aged care facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for RNs seeking versatile shifts and additional work.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
Administer medications, perform clinical assessments and manage wound care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
Supervise and support care staff during In-Charge shifts.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
Must be willing and competent to undertake both In-Charge and Non-In-Charge night shifts.
Strong clinical assessment, communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities overnight.
Reliable transport and willingness to travel between facilities.
