Wound Care
Triage
Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments
ECG's/24hr Holter Monitor
Maintain Immunisation Records & Vaccines Supplies
Monitor Cold Chain
Ensure customer service is to the highest standard
About you
Registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 1 year experience working at a Medical Centre
Robust verbal & written communication skills
Nurse Immunisation Qualifications and experience
Current CPR certificate
Working with Children clearance
Police Check
Demonstrate effective time management skills
Certificate in Infection Prevention & Control (advantageous)
Knowledge in Best Practice (advantageous)
