What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Drive sales, conversion, ATV and overall store performance
Deliver an outstanding styling and customer experience
Recruit, onboard and develop your team
Manage rostering, wages and day-to-day store operations
Maintain robust visual merchandising and presentation standards
Oversee stock, deliveries, transfers and loss prevention
Use sales results to identify prospects and improve performance
What We’re Looking For
You could already be a Store Manager,
or an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready for your next move.
You’ll bring:
Strong fashion or customer-focused retail experience
A genuine passion for leading and developing people
Confidence working with sales targets and KPIs
Robust customer service and styling skills
A hands-on leadership style — you’re happy to lead from the floor
Energy, organisation and a commercial mindset
