Picker / Manual Labourer - Aluminium Warehouse Eastern Creek, NSW Morning Shift: $33-$38 per hour 7:00am - 3:00pm Casual to Full-Time Opportunity (Ongoing Hours)

B&B; Nexus is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Pickers / Warehouse Operators to join a leading aluminium distribution facility based in Eastern Creek.

About the Role

Working within a busy aluminium warehouse, your responsibilities will include:
Picking aluminium products based on order requirements
Safely retrieving and lowering aluminium stock from racking systems
Manual handling and repetitive lifting
Maintaining accurate order preparation and stock movement
Following strict workplace safety procedures
Working collaboratively within the warehouse team

Essential Requirements
Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not necessary
Comfortable handling long and heavy aluminium products
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling




Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment

Safety & Compliance
Strict adherence to site safety procedures and SWMS
PPE required at all times (steel caps, high-vis, gloves, etc.)
Participation in site induction and safety training
Zero tolerance for unsafe work practices
