Ambulance Victoria seeks an ARV Resourcing Officer to efficiently fill ARV shift vacancies and support rostering duties. This is a full time, two-year fixed-term role with hybrid options, requiring a presence at our ARV HQ located at Essendon Fields.
You will coordinate rostering across multi-shift rosters, process shift changes, assist ARV Managers with planning, and maintain roster systems data while proposing process improvements in line with ARV policies and enterprise agreements.
