The Role
Hands‑on work within our Dispatch Department loading/unloading and production support
Hands on work supporting daily factory processes
Handling and moving glass safely
Opportunity to learn recent skills and gain experience
About You
Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
Manual handling experience and a commitment to protected work practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
High attention to safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
