We are seeking kitchen staff member for Sushi & Yatai, the leading high-quality Japanese cuisine shop in Melbourne.

We are
Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients
Collaborating with innovative modern style sushi and traditional sushi making
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Required skills:
1 year experience in a Japanese/Asian restaurant
1 year experience in making sushi nigiri/rolls
1 year experience in filleting fish
Experience providing a high level of customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Solid attention to detail Flexible personality with a can-do attitude
Future-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills.We offer:
