What you will bring to the team
Minimum 1 year experience in a fast paced takeaway venue
Ability to work autonomously and assist in training junior team members
Confidence in a customer facing venue
Assist in ordering, stock management, food costs and kitchen administration when needed
Driving consistency, quality and portion control
Maintain solid prep and kitchen systems
Help build a positive and skilled environment
