About the Job:

As our Accounts Receivable Officer you will be an essential part of our small, dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Invoicing
Banking - Receivables only
EOM Statements
Recent Customer Applications and Credit Limit Control
Debt Collection
PPSR Reviews
Backup for incoming sales orders and answering phones when needed
Contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment, working close with Sales team
Due to the requirements of the business this is an 'in office' role at all times





We have a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use and conduct regular testing.

What We Offer:
Stable Hours: 10:30 am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, EOM (last week of the month) will require fulltime hours

What is Required to Progress:

Good MS Office skills - Excel, Word

CRM Experience

Preferred 3 years of accounts receivable or similar

Clean Record - ability to provide clean police check if successful

Right to Work in Australia

Must have own car, no public transport available
