THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
• Work with Partners to manage workflow, client deliverables and ensure all engagements are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients, providing strategic business and taxation advice across compliance, structuring, tax planning and business growth
• Liaise with various statutory authorities including the ATO and ASIC
• Lead, mentor and develop staff, including technical training and career development
• Assist with practice management, workflow planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to firm growth
• Participate in business development, networking and referral generation initiatives

YOUR SKILLS
• CA/CPA qualified with several experience within a public practice
• Proven experience managing clients and delivering compliance and advisory services
• Demonstrated experience including mentoring, coaching and managing staff
• Strong ability to build, manage and enhance client relationships
• Excellent technical knowledge of Australian taxation and business services
• Exposure to CCH software advantageous
